GEOS 3.13.1 SOURCE AND LOCAL LIBRARY REPLACEMENT MATERIALS
For PDN Analyzer by Elecmore 1.1.0, Windows 11 x64 / KiCad 10.0.6 x64

GEOS is a third-party library, licensed under GNU LGPL 2.1. This archive
provides its complete, unmodified upstream 3.13.1 source, copyright/license
notices, the exact Shapely 2.1.2 upstream Windows build recipe, and an optional
offline utility for using a compatible replacement GEOS DLL pair in your own
separate local copy of PDN Analyzer. No proprietary Elecmore implementation,
server source, credentials, signing private keys, or compiler SDK is included.

The source archive is geos-3.13.1.tar.bz2 (6,839,955 bytes).

Full source, its own COPYING and all build/interface files remain in the tarball.

Read BUILDING_AND_RELINKING.txt before building or replacing a library. The
optional Relink-GEOS.ps1 utility is licensed under MIT.txt. You may modify
that utility. It creates a new local copy and does not overwrite the official
installation. The official package continues to use its existing signed-file
integrity architecture and the original native application components.

The local copy receives your newly generated local integrity signature and
updated pins in the same five public loader/verification files. Its signature
is not an Elecmore publisher signature. It continues to check file integrity;
it does not remove normal account authentication, OTP or entitlement checks.
Its proprietary native modules retain their exact original bytes. Your local
private key is generated in memory and is not exported by the supplied tool.

The EULA does not override third-party license rights. In particular, you may
exercise LGPL rights to modify the library, use a compatible modified library,
and modify/reverse engineer the combined work for your own use and debugging
of those modifications as permitted by the LGPL. These materials do not grant
permission to impersonate an official Elecmore release or attack production
services. GEOS itself may be redistributed under its own license conditions.

User-modified libraries can change geometry and analysis results. Check their
interface compatibility, run appropriate GEOS tests, and independently verify
your engineering results. Elecmore does not certify a user-modified copy as an
official release. The licenses' warranty disclaimers remain applicable.

Keep this versioned archive available with the binary release. The publisher
also provides the identical archive next to the website installer so users can
obtain the corresponding source independently of installing the application.
